Since changing our printer and toner contract to Doceo, our church has been able to significantly reduce printing costs, while also increasing the quality of our printed materials. We have been able to produce full-color weekly bulletins and monthly newsletters with engaging and high-quality graphics for our second family while decreasing our production cost.
I cannot say enough great things about Doceo and their customer service. A friendly voice is always waiting to greet you when ordering printer refills or when requesting a technician’s help. The techs are diligent in assessing the issue and providing a fix in a timely manner (often within the same visit/day).
Doceo is often in contact to check and make sure that you are satisfied with their services. They are also available to facilitate a smooth transition to their services. They also offer to teach staff how to use the machine at any time. This is convenient and great when new employees join your team or when staff simply need a refresher.
