I wanted to take a moment to recommend DOCEO Office Solutions to anyone looking for a copier or printer. We have had a great experience with DOCEO since choosing them as our copier provider in March of this year. DOCEO offered us a program that lowered our cost per copy and our overall copier lease costs.
Probably an even bigger consideration was service. We work with an outside IT company, and we’re concerned about the complexities of our network and the relationship between our copier and the IT company. DOCEO Office Solutions has exceeded my initial reservations and concerns in not only meeting our needs, but exceeding them. Andrew Murray has done a great job navigating our needs and concerns from installation to needs as they arise.
Another interesting aspect has been our salesperson, Brian Shaffer. Brian isn’t one of those guys who disappear after the sale. We saw him during the installation process and see him often dropping off toner or helping us with additional copier needs.
Lastly, it is always great working with a neighbor. DOCEO has a Carlisle Office only one block away from our Center.
