I wanted to let you know that our staff members LOVE our new machines that were procured through your firm! Just a few days ago, as a staff member was getting ready for a meeting, a forgotten document needed to be printed — on ledger size, in color, collated, and stapled. With only a 5-minute warning before the meeting started, she retrieved the document from the computer and set it up for printing. She walked over to the printer. It was already waiting for her.
No messing around, no paper jamming, no trying to figure out settings et al….. she picked it up and walked into the meeting – no muss and no fuss!
Other staff members have told me about the machine’s efficiencies and capabilities in the West Wing. They especially appreciate the new color printing feature. It has given them extra time since they no longer have to run to the only color printer in the front office. The two-sided scanning is wonderful as well, and another time-saver. Plus, I haven’t heard anyone be stumped with “how do you ……” and have to play around with controls, as it’s very intuitive to operate. (The machine in the apprentice instructor’s office has given us superb service, too.)
Jay, on behalf of ABC Keystone, many thanks for working with us to spec the correct printers/MFPs for the spaces we needed. You and Christian accommodated us and even helped ensure that we did not miss our “Toshiba-return-window. Whenever we can, we like to do business with our members, and DOCEO was certainly a pleasure to work with! I’d be glad to recommend Doceo to anyone in the MFP/printer market.
