COVID-19 Information
Last Updated on May 27, 2021 All Doceo office locations are open with regular operating hours. For a full listing of office locations, please click here. Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia Departments of Health have indicated specific immunity levels are needed in order for all residents to discontinue wearing masks. Since we are not able to manage the verification of who is and is not vaccinated, masks are required inside of our offices at this time. Doceo will continue to monitor and re-evaluate our requirements as vaccination rates and immunity levels increase. We will continue to monitor CDC guidance and revisit our policy as additional guidelines are issued. Thank you for your patience as we navigate this evolving situation. Frequent cleaning and disinfecting is encouraged in high-touch areas within your personal space, including phones, keyboards, touch screens, door handles, railings, copy machines, delivery equipment, etc. Appropriate and effective cleaning and disinfecting supplies have been purchased and are available for use in accordance with product labels. Service Representatives and Logistics Team will follow all guidelines set forth by each customer while on their premise. If no such guidelines are set, then Doceo guidelines will be in effect. This includes: Upon arrival to a customer location whether for a service call or installation, prior to working on the equipment, wipe the machine down with a solution of no less than 60% alcohol on all exterior surfaces, paying particular attention to high touch areas. Operation screen must be cleaned with alcohol followed by Brillianize anti-static spray. For the Logistics Team, this includes units that are to be removed or relocated as they could be contaminated. Prior to obtaining any reports and taking video of the unit, follow the procedures outlined above. At the completion of service on equipment or installation, wipe down all exterior surfaces that are exposed to the customer’s touch with no less than 60% alcohol solution. Operation screen will be cleaned with alcohol followed by Brillianize anti-static spray. Doceo will provide all required protective supplies, such as masks, nonmedical cloth face coverings, gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfectant and cleaning supplies for its employees.
As you start returning to the office, it’s always a good idea to refresh yourself and team about how to clean and disinfect shared equipment. Here are some tips for cleaning and disinfecting your copier & printer: Do not spray liquids directly onto the control panel area or the glass. The liquid will work under the edges and cause damage. Instead, spray on your microfiber cloth directly. Gently wipe the cloth on surfaces that need to be cleaned. We don’t recommend any type of Clorox or bleach wipes. These leave a residue and will eventually discolor and destroy the plastic and the touch screen.
